The Los Tres Angeles project is distributed in 66 lots and will have all the basic services ready for each owner to build their property according to their preference.

The effort of two brothers who have worked and lived for 40 years in Houston, United States, has allowed them to create a partnership with two more relatives from El Salvador, who have initiated an urban development investment called Los Tres Angeles, in the city of San Juan Opico, La Libertad.
Initially, the Salvadorans bought the land of two and a half blocks in the Las Flores neighborhood, where Asociación de Desarrollo e Inversiones S.A. de C. V. has started the urbanization with the distribution of 66 lots, a project that also contemplates the adequacy of streets, introduction of drinking water, sewage, rainwater and introduction of electric power.
According to Julio César Avelar, one of the investors, the development will have all the basic services, ready for each owner to build their property according to their preference.
He also indicated that a total of $2 million will be invested in both the purchase of the land and the development of the urbanization, and they plan to start the execution of the project by the second quarter of 2024 at the latest. The project will generate more than 50 jobs in the area.
Avelar also commented that the achievements made by the Government with the security strategy have given him the strength to decide to invest and return to live in the country.
“One of the greatest motivations to return to my country is the security implemented by President Nayib Bukele with the control and elimination of the social problem of the maras, which has allowed us to take away our fear to make our investments in the place where we were born,” he expressed.
