As a competitive advantage, El Salvador offers investors human talent internationally recognized for being highly productive. Businessmen and investors established in the country consider the Salvadoran labor force as one of the most outstanding for the willingness, efficiency and work ethic with which they perform.
Currently, the country has a young human talent of 3 million people, of which 54% are between the ages of 16 and 39, which is the most productive age range to participate in manufacturing, agro-industrial, and service activities; with the ability to develop new skills in a short period of time that meet the current needs of labor markets.
A large part of this workforce is made up of professionals and technicians; and another sector is currently enrolled or has already completed higher education studies, who are competent to face the challenges of the modern and globalized economy.
