Grant Thornton El Salvador, committed to ensuring quality in the provision of its services and simultaneously generating value solutions in response to its clients’ needs through personalized attention, carries out its professional practice through specialized service lines, currently including the following: Taxes, Transfer Pricing, External Audit, and Fiscal Audit.
Taxes and Legal: Through this service line, cases related to the proper management of tax obligations are addressed, including tax defense in dispute processes, tax recovery proceedings for overpaid or improperly paid taxes, tax consulting, among others.
Transfer Pricing: A specialized line aimed at assisting organizations in complying with their obligations related to documenting the determination of the price established in their transactions between companies. This includes the preparation of Transfer Pricing Studies. Additionally, services are provided for advanced pricing analysis, company valuation, profitability analysis by products or channels, among other activities related to studying an organization’s profitability or contribution margin. It also offers technical support in the event of a tax dispute.
External and Fiscal Audit: Through these service lines, the needs of companies to have an External and Fiscal Auditor are met to comply with current commercial and tax legislation requirements. Additionally, services are provided related to the practice of accounting as regulated by the Public Accounting and Audit Law, including certifications, agreed-upon procedures, expert opinions, and other related services.
