We provide outsourced personnel with the best resource maintenance program for our clients, focusing on both employees and the management of their work tools, training, and due diligence according to our labor legislation. We have effective personnel selection tools in the labor market and a qualified staff. We continuously search for talents and maintain a database on our Talentos en Línea platform to ensure optimal coverage times according to our clients’ demands.

Since the beginning of our operations, we obtained the International Certification from the World BASC Organization, aiming to contribute to a safety culture throughout the supply chain by implementing management systems and instruments applicable to international trade and related sectors. We renew this certification annually, ensuring harmony among the interests of all our stakeholders within the framework of safety and current legal requirements.
