Around 25 years ago, there was a desire to create a differentiated service where security and accessibility were important elements to include in real estate, influenced by the vision of Ricardo Arriaza Vega. Regional and international contacts were established with the intention of exploring international markets. Approximately twenty years ago, elements for online promotion were implemented to reach out to a segment of medium and large-scale investors, both within and outside of El Salvador, in the areas of housing, recreation, corporate, and industrial real estate.
