IK Consulting was established in 2005 with a team boasting extensive experience and knowledge in storage and sorting systems, aiming to provide a unique service encompassing consultancy, manufacturing, integration, and support for intralogistics operations. Between 2006 and 2008, agreements were secured for the representation and distribution of leading brands globally renowned in materials handling. In 2009, its manufacturing facility was inaugurated in Monterrey, NL, Mexico, focusing on the production of traditional storage systems. In 2011, in collaboration with a group of partner companies, Unik Group was founded to expand the reach in designing and integrating solutions on a global scale. In 2017, subsidiaries were established in the USA and Europe, and manufacturing commenced in the Netherlands for global projects. In 2023, production commenced in Canada, thereby augmenting production capacity and global outreach.
