Sáenz & Asociados was founded as a firm in January 1979 by Mario Enrique Sáenz. The firm’s initial clients were primarily companies associated with the construction industry, banks, and national savings and loan associations. The firm’s practice gradually expanded, and now we represent and advise both national and foreign companies across various sectors, including telecommunications, gas and energy, finance, insurance, services, pharmaceuticals, technology, product distribution, tourism, transportation, aviation, and others.

We have also developed significant expertise in advising states, public institutions, and autonomous entities. The firm has become recognized in the region as one of the most important and experienced firms in arbitration and judicial litigation, both at the national and international levels.
