Our practice evolves from Santiago Caprio’s more than 25 years of international experience, with decades of intense experience and collaborations, which builds upon his responsibility as Director of the PolisMaker Lab (Politecnico di Milano). With a trajectory of more than a hundred projects for clients from all over Europe and the Americas, including municipal and national governments, public agencies and multi-laterals, non-profit organizations, universities and private developers.
Conceptual Design: Creation of concepts based on identified needs and strategies.
Strategic consulting: Analysis and planning at a macro and micro level for the development of evidence-based strategies for substantive development.
Project Development: We work on the details of the implementation of the strategy and design.
Implementation: We supervise the implementation of projects to ensure fidelity to the design and strategy.
Resources: We offer our designs as open-source materials to facilitate access and democratization of resources, with flexible, scalable, and adaptable architectural typologies with sensitivity to different contexts.
Metrics: We conduct listening, observation, monitoring and analysis of metrics of local sustainability and well-being, building open models and processes for estimating the value and quality of life, taking into account indicators that go beyond the SDGs.
