Teleperformance considers El Salvador as a place for Nearshoring

The company founded 45 years ago in France, currently employs seven thousand young people in El Salvador.

The French company Teleperformance, created 45 years ago and having established itself in El Salvador for 19 years, continues to grow in service to its clients and considers that Nearshoring in our country is an important option for developed markets and for large corporations.

I like the beaches of Surf City, its food and atmosphere, mountains”, says the Colombian Ana Vergara when referring to the reasons for living in our country and the way of being of our people.

His compatriot and business partner, Fabio Castellanos is a lover of Salvadoran cocktails and tamales.

Castellanos also admires the behavior of our brothers, “I love the people of El Salvador, they have the vocation of living as a family, they are respectful and polite, they have a level of service empathy, the discipline of Salvadorans is amazing,” he points out.

The COO admires other similarities that Salvadorans have with their Colombian nation, “We have many things in common and that was very easy for me to adapt to as a foreigner. There is no difficulty to live and settle here. Living in El Salvador is very beautiful, very green like its varied landscapes. For a person who does business here, it is to feel tranquility and security. Surprising things like walking in the streets that people greet you, is feeling at peace, that is living here in El Salvador”.

Castellanos believes that the relocation of Teleperformance in El Salvador had benefits of finding a lot of talent and quality in our people, the desire to serve. He also highlighted the advantages found such as the proximity to the United States, its schedules, infrastructure, communication and mobility.
