These are the best countries in Latin America to start a professional career

CeoWorld Magazine’s recent report revealed the best Latin American countries to start a career, taking into account 19 criteria, including labor market, economic stability, business environment, salary equity and innovation.

Mexico not only leads the region, but also ranks 32nd in the world. According to the ranking, this high score reflects the numerous job opportunities available to young professionals, compared to other Latin American countries.

In second place is Brazil, with an index of 82.48 and 39th worldwide. Brazil, with its diversified and growing economy, offers a competitive business environment and diverse opportunities in multiple sectors, from technology to manufacturing.

On the other hand, Costa Rica ranks third in the region and 41st worldwide with an index of 82.34. Argentina and Peru complete the top five in the region, with indexes of 82.06 and 78.86 respectively.

Colombia has an opportunity index of 72.02 and is ranked 101st in the world, due to the fact that it presents a mixed panorama of challenges and opportunities for young professionals.

2. Brazil: 82.48.

7. Ecuador: 75.52.

8. Dominican Republic: 74.80.

9. Guatemala: 74,79.

10. Bolivia: 73,21.

11. Paraguay: 73,16.

12. Colombia: 72,02.

13. El Salvador: 69,18.

14. Uruguay: 64,42.
